The Wrath of Kelo

A group of activists are working to use the Kelo Supreme Court decision to seize Justice Souter's home in New Hampshire for the "Lost Liberty Hotel."

This really has two angles to it. First, it's tough for Supreme Court Justices to be personally retaliated against for decisions they make on the bench. The Justices shouldn't feel targeted for the way they vote.

However, the other angle to this is that this Supreme Court ruling is one of the most disturbing ones it has ever made, and cities are now using the decision to evict small businesses and homeowners to built malls and chain stores in their place.

It might be good for the Justice to see just how ridiculous Kelo is...
