It's being reported today that not only did the British receive information about the airline terrorist plot through the torture of a British citizen captured in Pakistan, but through an intercepted cell phone call from Pakistan to Britain telling the terrorists to move quickly.
On 7/7, the British authorities were monitoring the train bombers, and had constructed the network of terrorists who were planning on blowing up the London Underground. However, the British authorities had refused to listen in on the phone calls, and where then unable to learn the date and time of the attacks.
This has obviously changed.
Is the American Left and the New York Times still whining?
