Democratic Voter Fraud Exposed

One of my more often checked blogs, Powerline, highlights a new report put out by the American Center for Voting Rights about Democratic voter fraud in the 2004 election. You can read the whole thing if you want, but here are some highlights:

* Paid Democrat operatives charged with slashing tires of 25 Republican get-out-the-vote vans in Milwaukee on the morning of Election Day.

* Intimidating and deceiving mailings and telephone calls paid for by the DNC threatening Republican volunteers in Florida with legal action.

Many of the groups that reported voter fraud and claimed themselves to be "non-partisan" turned out to be just as guilty. The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is one of them:

* Former ACORN worker said there was 'a lot of fraud committed' by group in Florida, as ACORN workers submitted thousands of fraudulent registrations in a dozen states across the country, resulting in a statewide investigation of the group in Florida and multiple indictments and convictions of ACORN/Project Vote workers for voter registration fraud in several states.

The really sad thing about this story is that it seems Democrats are indoctrinating their youngest members with the idea that liberalism is superior, and liberal candidates must be upheld. At the higher education institution that I work for, a prominent freshman student who was a paid member of a college Democrats group drove a van around campus picking up students to take them to vote on November 2. Of course he was yelling out of the van window as he drove, "Are you voting for change today?" and if you said "no" he wouldn't stop, or would even yell pithy comments about your foolish ideas. I'm sure that those paying him failed to let him know that not only were his tactics pathetic, but they were also illegal.
