Peace Activists Glad for the Military

Although it's true that these men would never have come to Iraqi if the US had not invaded, I think it may be just as ironic when a peace protest erupts into violence as when peace activists are rescued by the military in a stunning secret operation. These guys should definitely be glad that the US military was looking for them...

Update: Nevermind. The press release by the peace group shows that they are currently not within the real world:

Our hearts are filled with joy today as we heard that Harmeet Singh Sooden, Jim Loney and Norman Kember have been safely released in Baghdad.

Released? More like rescued by one of those crazy covert special ops teams after weeks of planning. However, it sure is convenient for a peace group to ignore the military's role in their rescue.
