The Des Moines Register is not exactly known for its, well, non-bias. However, in an article today entitled, "Bush Raises Funds, Red Flags" the paper omits any reference to the "red flags."
Bush flew into Iowa for a few hours to speak for Republican representative candidate Jeff Lamberti. The article goes in-depth to the statements made by the president, the amount of money raised by the campaign, and the protesters outside. However, the article makes no mention of anything that would raise a "red flag."
Is this simply a headline error? Or is the Register making obvious that George W. Bush giving a speech on his current policies and supporting a local Republican is a "red flag?"
