November 7th, 2006

Live blogging the mid-term elections.

8:19 PM - It seems that a number of precincts in the eastern US have closed. Pretty typical results so far. A few TV commentators are going on about the success of conservative Democrats. This, of course, should be no surprise. Democrats would do well to be a bit more conservative, and American voters like it.

10:38 PM - It looks like votes against gay marriage are a hot topic nationally. Why didn't more Republicans come out for these anti-gay marriage amendments?

11:39 PM - There goes the House. It looks like Nancy Pelosi has now become the most feared woman in America - right behind Hillary Clinton.

I suppose that's it - it looks like my prediction was all wrong.
